Village of Wellsville issued the following announcement on Jan 17.
Urgent: We have been out plowing since 5PM yesterday. But, this storm has not let up. The roads are still terrible at best. We are working to get them clear. It’s going to be a while! Please stay home if you can.
If not, please when deciding what time to leave give yourself as much extra time as you can.
