In this election, please Vote Yes on the Road Levy. The road levy is not a tax increase, but a renewal.
This street levy is crucial and is specifically for paving projects, infrastructure repairs and upgrades. Without this, there would be almost no money to fund repairs.
In 2022 alone we have spent over $130,000 in road repairs in the city and have laid over 1,700 tons of asphalt.
In 2021 we laid over 1,000 tons of asphalt costing over $70,000.
