The Village of Leetonia will be picking up leaves starting on November 7th through the 18th 2022.
Starting on October 18, 2022, the street department will no longer be using the leaf vac truck to gather up leaves that are placed on the curb lawn. Leetonia is starting a new leaf program for the removal of leaves for its residence starting on Nov 7th and running until Nov 21st, 2022. Our street department will be dropping off 5 FREE 30-gallon biodegradable leaf bags for each homeowner, in the Village, to use to gather up all their leaves. The full bags will then need to be placed on the curb lawn for pick up. Additional FREE bags will be available at the street garage, Monday through Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm. Any piles of debris that is placed on the curb lawn will become the responsibility of the resident to bag in biodegradable bags or haul away at the resident’s expense.
