The City of East Liverpool is offering to demolish vacant houses that are currently dilapidated with grant funding we have received. To participate, please complete a Property Access Agreement.

The homeowner(s) will need to sign the access agreement in front of a notary public and turn it in to the Housing/Planning Department located in City Hall. Make sure you list a current phone number on the access agreement. It is at the City’s discretion to determine if your house qualifies for this program.
