On Saturday, December 9, former Sophie B. Wright High School standout, DJ Burns’ current college team, the Youngstown State Penguins, won 72-68 in their NCAA D1 game against the Western Michigan Broncos.

The game took place in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This was the first matchup against the Western Michigan Broncos this season.

The Youngstown State Penguins’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, December 14 at 6:30 p.m. in Youngstown, Ohio.
