This years fall leaf collection will begin on October 10th, and will run through 12/9/22 weather permitting. .
The City of Canfield provides leaf pickup to our residents on a continual basis.
Leaf pickup season runs from October – December every year. During Leaf Pickup Season City crews conduct daily sweeps of the city to ensure that all residents are able to take advantage of this service.
Residents are asked to follow the following guidelines for leaf pickup:
- Place leaves at street edge in a single horizontal row
- DO NOT place leaves in street
- DO NOT mix grass clippings, twigs, stones and other debris with leaves. This will clog our machine.
- DO NOT park cars or place any other objects in front of leaf pile.
- DO NOT place leaves over a manhole.
