City of East Liverpool issued the following announcement on Feb 14.
The water crew found a break and it has been fixed. Water has been restored from Densmore down towards the city.
The crew is still working to find the other break to fully restore device from Densmore towards Glenmore. We have called out the gas company to mark lines and hope to find the other break.
For customers who’s water is restored, no boil order at this time. You may have brown water temporarily but just let your water run until it is gone
