State Rep. Monica Robb Blasdel | The Ohio House of Representatives
State Representative Monica Robb Blasdel (R-New Waterford) announced the opening of the application period for the Capitol Square Foundation School Transportation Grant. The application window closes on September 22 at 11:59 p.m.
Robb Blasdel, a member of the House Transportation Committee, spoke about the importance of student visits to the Statehouse. “As a member of the Transportation Committee, I know how valuable these trips are,” said Rep. Robb Blasdel. “This grant helps schools bring students to the Statehouse and experience our state’s government firsthand.”
The grant is coordinated by the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board (CSRAB) and Capitol Square Foundation (CSF). It will support 81 schools throughout Ohio with transportation costs for field trips to the Ohio Statehouse and its museum.
Applications must be submitted online by an authorized teacher or school administrator. More information can be found through CSF resources.
