Friday, Feb. 28: Canfield High School standout Brent Herrmann’s college team loses to Mercer Bears

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Canfield High School standout Brent Herrmann’s current college team, the High Point Panthers, lost 7-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Mercer Bears.

The game took place at OrthoGeorgia Park at Claude Smith Field. This was their first matchup against the Bears this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at OrthoGeorgia Park at Claude Smith Field against Florida A&M Rattlers.
