On Saturday, March 29, former Salem High School standouts Gavin Wilms and Lane Rhodes’ current college team, the Youngstown State Penguins, lost 10-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Wright State Raiders.

The game took place at Nischwitz Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Raiders this season.

The Penguins’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 5 p.m. at Eastwood Field against Toledo Rockets.
