On Sunday, February 25, former Cardinal Mooney High School standout Ian Francis’ current college team, the Youngstown State Penguins, lost 13-0 in their NCAA Division I game against the Charleston Cougars.

The game took place in Charleston, South Carolina. This was their third matchup against the Charleston Cougars this season.
