On Saturday, March 9, former South Side High School standout Sydney Payne’s current college team, the Youngstown State Penguins, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division I game against the UNLV Rebels.

The game took place in Norfolk, Virginia. This was their second matchup against the UNLV Rebels this season.

The Penguins’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 12 at 3 p.m. in Youngstown, Ohio against Akron Zips.
