On Friday, February 16, former Mercer Area Senior High School standout Taylor Truran’s current college team, the Youngstown State Penguins, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I game against the Presbyterian Blue Hose.

The game took place in Clinton, South Carolina. This was their first matchup against the Presbyterian Blue Hose this season.

The Penguins’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, February 17 at 1 p.m. in Clinton, South Carolina against Morehead State Eagles.
