On Sunday, December 3, former Parkersburg High School standout, Shay-Lee Kirby’s current college team, the Youngstown State Penguins, lost 63-65 in their NCAA D1 game against the Robert Morris Colonials.

The game took place in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. This was the first matchup against the Robert Morris Colonials this season.
