Of the 102,331 citizens living in Columbiana County in 2021, 79.5% were old enough to vote, equating to 81,373 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 41,272 were male, constituting 50.7%, and 40,101 were female, making up 49.3%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Columbiana County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 77.7%.
