Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce Fireworks Festival

Fireworks 1000x667

Hello Columbiana and Surrounding Areas,

We are looking for Sponsors for the Official Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce Fireworks Festival at Shaker Woods.

The Event is on Monday July 4th, 2022, beginning at 3:00pm.  Last Year our event had approximately 15,000 Spectators of the amazing fireworks display put on by Phantom Fireworks.  This year we are expanding the event to include daytime activities including a Cornhole Tournament with a Cash Prize, Live Bands and Entertainment, Karaoke, Face Painting, 50/50 Raffle, A 7:00pm Skydiving Display, Patriotic Tributes, Food Trucks, Bounce Houses and Obstacle Course, Interactive Games with Prizes, and a Car Give Away!    Our Performance Stage will be the center of the action throughout the day, and we will turn our eyes to the sky for an incredible fireworks display set to music! We have also partnered with Boardman Nissan who will be giving away a VEHICLE FOR A VETERAN! (Boardman Nissan will be picking up the full tab for the vehicle including taxes. To enter a veteran for this prize, visit this link  https://boardmannissan.com/vehicle-veteran  . This will be an amazing day of fun and family creating memories.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A BUSSINESS TO HELP SPONSOR THIS EVENT.  Individuals can sponsor as well and show your community support.    For the Larger Sponsorship Packages a VIP Tent including Refreshments and Food will be provided along with VIP Parking. (See Flyer).  Any Business or Individual in Columbiana and Surrounding Areas are welcome to Sponsor this event at any level.

You may have heard rumors on social media or from others about the Chamber Fireworks Event but here are the FACTS.  The Chamber had planned to hold the event at Shaker Woods last year, for one year only.  After seeing the success of the event (Larger Shells for a better fireworks display, The Ability for Food Truck Businesses to be successful, NO obstructed Views of the display, Easier Accessibility for Disabled Viewers, Safer conditions for all involved) and that it drew approximately 15000 people, the Chamber Board decided that the Shaker location was better suited for the event as it has continued to grow.  While the Chamber does cherish traditions of our beloved town, we also understand that with growth comes change and progress.  There is another event being organized by some Columbiana Residents in Firestone park at the same Date and Time as the Chamber event. We do not discourage this but at the same time, we understand that an event the size of our Shaker Woods event last year would no longer be able to happen within our beautiful park.  This decision was made by the Chamber Board, with recommendations from Phantom Fireworks and other organizations for above all, Safety.  The decision was not made by the City,  City Officials, Officials form the Park Board or anyone else.  and SHAKER WOODS FESTIVAL IS NOT MAKING ANY MONEY FROM THIS EVENT.  They are Donating the Venue for the Good of Columbiana.  If you have further questions about these facts please Contact me at the office or by email.

To sign up as a Sponsor please click this link,  https://forms.gle/HLK1sZMYakP3vw119  , complete the Google Form and an Invoice will be sent to you.

We look forward to seeing you at the event and hope to work with you and your business to create an incredible day of fun and memories.  Thank You for Your Support!  For more information, please Contact Erich Offenburg, Chamber Executive Director at info@columbianachamber.com  or call the office at 330-482-3822.

Thank You for all you do for the good of Columbiana!
