City of Salem Ohio Police Department issued the following announcement on Jan 3.
Update: Mr. Sandoe has been located.
***Missing/Endangered Adult***
70-year-old Thomas Sandoe suffers from dementia and has been missing from the 400 block of South Lundy since approximately 1:30 pm today. He was last seen wearing a jacket and blue jeans. Mr. Sandoe is approximately 5'5" tall and weighs approximately 140 lbs. Anyone with information on his whereabouts please contact the Salem Police Department at 330-337-7811.
