Graduates earn 102 degrees from Kent State University at East Liverpool

About 61.8 percent of the 102 degrees and certificates handed out by Kent State University at East Liverpool in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Liverpool conferred 63 associate's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in general studies, liberal arts and sciences, and other humanities. Data shows the school gave out 30 associate's degrees in general studies, liberal arts and sciences, and other humanities, followed by 25 associate's degrees in physical therapy technician/assistant and 19 associate's degrees in occupational therapist assistant.

The university enrolled 1,123 students for 2017-18, including 1,120 in undergraduate programs and 3 in graduate programs.
